Operated by Jungle Flight Chiangmai Co., Ltd. (TAT License No. 24/00882), these Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and adventure activities. By making a booking or participating in our activities, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Participation Requirements

Please review before booking

The following conditions may prevent participation:

Pregnancy
Heart disease, high blood pressure, or other serious medical conditions (including diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, or congenital diseases)
Recent surgery or injuries (within the past 12 months), especially involving the back, hips, legs, knees, or feet
Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Severe fear of heights

Age

4 – 70 years old

Must be fully 4 years old on the activity date

Weight limit

Maximum 120 kg

Zipline, Roller, and Luge

Final determination of fitness to participate is at the discretion of our safety staff.

Weather Conditions Policy

Rain, storms, and safety

All activities operate as normal in rainy conditions.
Rain is not considered a valid reason for cancellation or refund. However, customers may reschedule their time or date (subject to availability).
In case of strong winds, storms, or unsafe weather conditions, the company reserves the right to temporarily suspend operations until it is safe to proceed.
By confirming the booking, customers acknowledge and accept these weather conditions, and all operations are subject to on-site staff discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice

Cancellations will be accepted when initiated at least 24 hours before the scheduled play time. Full refund will be provided for cancellations made within the notice period.

Unintentional Cancellations

In case of unintentional cancellation such as accident or fever, the guest needs to provide a medical certificate or related document to get the refund of the purchase.

No-Show Policy

No show on the pick-up time and no notification in advance will result in no refund being given in any case.

No refund for no-shows

Date/Time Changes

Changing the Play Date or Play Time will incur the following charges:

300 THB/person - within the pick-up zone
500 THB/person - outside the transfer zone area

Additional transport fee applies

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased the ticket NOT from our website, the cancellation policy may be different as it will depend on the distributor/agent itself. Please contact them directly for their specific cancellation terms.

Free Transfer Zones

We offer free transfers in selected areas of Chiang Mai.

Complimentary service

Pickup Outside City Area

For pick up out of the city or super highway road or more than 1 kilometer from the city, there is an extra charge for round trip pick up - 500/1,000/1,500 baht depending on location. Please check with the reservation department before making a booking.

Airport Services

Airport Pick-Up is not available due to fixed activity times and flight unpredictability.

Multiple Locations

We offer one different pick-up and one different drop-off location. Please provide details when booking. Additional charges apply for transporting luggage between locations.

Safety & Liability

Assumption of Risk

Zipline and adventure activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment failure, and physical exertion. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.

Safety Instructions

All participants must attend the safety briefing and follow all instructions provided by our trained guides. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the activity without refund.

Insurance

All participants are covered by our comprehensive insurance policy for accidents occurring during the activity. This coverage is included in the price of your booking.

1M Coverage Included

Liability Waiver

All participants (or legal guardians for minors) must sign a liability waiver before participating in any activity. This waiver does not affect your statutory rights.

General Terms

Photography and Media

Jungle Flight Zipline may photograph or film activities for promotional, marketing, and safety purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use such images and videos unless you notify us otherwise in writing before the activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Jungle Flight Chiangmai Co., Ltd. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
